Description

Creality CR10 / CR10s Z axis bearing vibration fix

This change eliminates the problem of wobble the ball bearing of the Z-axis.
The ball bearing is mounted on a movable spring-loaded slide.
The ball bearing remains movable and can compensate for a non-circularity of the threaded spindle.
I used springs with ID/OD/L 4mm/5,5mm/16mm
The cover is only clipped on.

Diese Änderung verhindert ein Klappern der Kugellager in dem Lagerbock der Z-Achsen Spindel Halterung.
Das Kugellager befindet sich dabei in einem beweglichen Schlitten der über zwei Federn gedämpft wird.
Somit bleibt das Lager auch weithin beweglich und kann somit eine unrundheit der Z-Achsen Gewindespindel
weiterhin ausgleichen.
Das Klappern der Lager bei schnellen Bewegungen des Druckers wird somit komplett eliminiert.
Ich habe Federn mit einem ID/OD/L 4mm/5,5mm/16mm verwendet.
Wenn ihr keine passenden Federn habt, sollten Federn von einem Kugelschreiber
gekürzt auch funktionieren.

Der Deckel wird einfach nur Aufgeklipst.
