Description

Con la idea de solucionar el tensionado de las correas de la P905, les dejo estos tensores de correa.
Se pueden imprimir con o sin soportes. Los imprimí en ABS y en PETG y hace unos meses que los estoy utilizando sin inconvenientes.
Los diseñé con la premisa de no hacer modificaciones en el marco ni nuevos agujeros. Se utiliza lo que viene con la maquina.
Luego agregaré unos videos sobre la secuencia de ensamblado.
Les dejo los archivos Ipt para que los modifiquen a gusto.
Las partes se imprimen por separado. En S3D separar las partes desde "MESH>Separate connected surfaces".
Para un mejor resultado, las piezas en las que las correas dentadas encastran deben orientar el dentado para arriba.

With the idea of solving the tensioning of the belts of the P905, I leave you these belt tensioners.
They can be printed with or without supports. I printed them in ABS and in PETG and a few months ago I am using them without problems.
I designed them with the premise of not making modifications to the frame or new holes. What comes with the machine is used.

For a better result, the parts in which the toothed belts fit must guide the teeth up.
