Alternate top for Duet WiFi Case with Paneldue 7i

This is an alternate top for YogiG's excellent duet case that integrates the PanelDue 7i at a 45 degree angle. The Paneldue enclosure is based on Tactical_Pickle_Gaming's thin PanelDue 7i case

I designed this because I wanted to put my printer into a heated enclosure, but did not want to risk overheating the electronics.

Re-upload corrects a small error at the front left corner of the cover

Uploaded an alternate version for users that want the wires to exit the left side of the case instead of the right, since the case mounts are not symmetrical.

Update: After test print, I found the hole on the bottom was too small to easily insert the Paneldue. Increased the size of the hole for easier installation

Panel fit looks good. removing the "WIP" tag
