Seal cutter for rectangular pneumatic cylinder seals

This seal cutter is useful for making seals in rectangular pneumatic cylinders, such as in my motor designs. Many parameters can be adjusted: the most important one is the width and depth of the seal, which should be about 0.2-0.4 mm bigger than the cylinder dimensions.
