Modular RAMPS and MOSFET cases with magnetic lids, suitable for mounting on 2040 aluminum frame.
A few notes:
- use a piece of 1.75mm filament for the hinges
- you need 4pcs. 6mm magnets for the RAMPS case, and 2pcs. for the MOSFET.
- the 40mm fan is purely optional. If you don't need a fan, then use the "30mm_fan_grill.stl" to cover the hole.
- the cases on the video are an earlier version of the desing, and are narrower (which makes the cable management harder). The currently uploaded version addresses that.
- not tested with TMC etc. stepper drivers which have taller heatsinks
- the source Blender file is also available for download, in case you want to make modifications. Make sure you give proper credit if you do!
- print all parts in the orientation they are. This provides the best structural integrity.
I printed them in PLA at 100% infill.
