Dual fan duct ender 3 e3d v6

Dual 40mm fan duct for e3d v6 hotend in ender 3.
I used two connected in series 12v 40x40x10mm fans. They are much quieter than one 5015 blowfan with the same or maybe even more efficiency.

Update 2018-11-01:
-I added alternative ducts witch small outlet.
-Some small changes in assembly system raleted to add alternative ducts

Update 2018-10-30:
-some smal changes to better fit
-I added x axis steper cover to make some space for left duct

Update 2018-10-26:
-I added duct for cable to hotend.
-I slightly moved away hetend with fan ducts because left duct did not fit.
