Complete Extruder Pitan, E3d, Malevo, Cooler

This is a compact extrusor based on titan+E3D for Hypercubo-ar or any other, the SW is provide for modification.

A bit of plastic was added to reform the top of the spring, alse I changed de design to use an M3 Allen screw with a cylindrical alem head.

I also added a grip on the top to ensure closure.

t is extremely important that two teflon tube pads be used, one for the upper guide and the other for the internal one, which is included in the E3D d. In this way the entire route of the route is guided.
