Star Trek TNG-era Nebula Class Redux

So, there have been a couple flawed models of the Nebula class, models from myself included, so at the request of a fan, I've come back and tweaked it quite a bit. I replaced some broken bits with parts from the Galaxy class model to fix it. It makes it slightly inaccurate, but should fix any printing issues.
