UPDATE 2019.01.10
If you're ultra lazy, I added a second notched design that has a very small cut out (o.2mm) on the side opposite of the filament passthrough notch. This allows you to easily break it in two halves so that you don't even have to fully unfasten the screws.
ORIGINAL
So I printed out and installed the "Self adjusting filament guide for Ikea Lack table enclosure" (link below) but being as I'm cheap, I didn't have the correct size hole saw and drilled the Lack table out a little too big.
So 30 seconds in Fusion 360 and we are good to go. I only printed one for the top side as I figured all the forces would be working with gravity and trying to pull it down.
There are two files; one for the lazy guy (me) which has a notch to pass the filament through while the other is a solid circle if you want to install it properly.
Per my usual MO, Fusion files are attached as well but let's be honest... It's a circle.
