Creality CR10 Direct extruder mount

This is a block you can use to mount a makerbot style extruder & hotend to a creality CR10 S5.

It does add quite some weight to the X axis so the jerk and acceleration settings in your print will need to be lowered a bit (halved just about)

I've also added a little spacer you can mount the Z axis endstop on to compensate for the higher hotend.
