Description
My son had the idea to place a "figurehead" on the fence stakes of the double rod mat fence. Therefore I had to design a new fence stake protective cap. It is based on the original and fits tightly on it. The OpenSCAD code is a little bit fiddled together, but it works and can be adapted if necessary, which I will do if I need to. The owls are from the SD card that Anycubic supplied with the I3M. I will glue them to the protective cap and screw them on additionally. Let's see how long PLA lasts outside. I guess I'll have to coat it as well.

Mein Sohn hatte die Idee auf den Zaunpfählen des Doppelstabmattenzauns eine "Gallionsfigur" zu platzieren. Dazu musste ich eine neue Zaunpfahlschutzkappe entwerfen. Sie ist dem Original nachempfunden und passt recht stramm drauf. Der OpenSCAD-Code ist etwas zusammen gefrickelt, aber er funktioniert und kann bei Bedarf angepasst werden, was ich ggf. auch tun werde. Die Eulen stammen von der SD-Karte, die Anycubic dem I3M mitgeliefert hat. Ich werde sie an die Schutzkappe kleben und zusätzlich verschrauben. Mal sehen wie lange PLA draußen hält. Muss sie wohl auch noch beschichten.
