OpenZ v16 to Lamborghini Diablo kit

This kit will allow you to fit @Rockracer 's Lamborghini Diablo shell on @guaro3d 's OpenZ v16 chassis, originally downloaded with a Honda Civic shell.

I recomend you to print the included cut in half shell with 4 walls and no infill, to make working on it easier. After printing, you need to cut a slot on the front internal wall, mark where the front tip of the chassis touches the front of the shell and cut a slot inside without removing the lower part (pic 5), then cut the center rear end out untill the lower bumper portion, and remove the inside walls of the areas around it to allow more space for the motor (pic 6). Pic 7 is the body mount. You slide the tip of the chassis inside the slot you cut at the front, position the mount over the 2 chassis ears (where would be screws on the stock shell) and glue the mount, or mark the position of the middle hole, drill the body and use a m3 screw with a nut. Pic 8 and 9 is how you mount or remove the chassis, use a fine tool to bend the mount and pass the ears under it. Make sure to position the mount exactaly at the center and don't use spacers to correct a misalignment like you see on the pics, it will bend your chassis. The rear pod pivot and either the spring or the spring elimitator provided by Jimmy Allen from the OpenZ FB group will strech the wheelbase the desired 11mm. A rear right wheel hub with integrated spur is provided along with a pinion, both remixes from @svenny 's set. Then you'll only need the new, twice the stock width at the rear and 2,5mm+ on the front, set of awesome wheels to complete your build. Have fun!

Note: This thing have NO suspension travel, even with the spring, due to the body being so low it is constantly touching the engine mount.

EDIT: There's now a spur gear spacer. put it betwheen the spur+hub piece and the rear pod bushing to correct the rear axle position.
