Description
This is a very simple kit to convert the ZOHD Nano Talon (with PNP motor) into a VTOL (quadplane), using only very few additional components.

Print four motor mounts and two boom mounts.
Install the carbon fiber tube into the boom mounts, tighten them in with M3 screws & nuts.
Install the motors on the motor mounts, then glue the mounts onto the carbon tube (make sure that the front/back motors have the same distance from CG). Also make sure both motors are perfectly straight/pointing in the same direction.
Then glue the boom mounts to the underside of the wings (see pictures for approximate position) - you can still adjust the booms by loosening the screws.
I recommend installing the ESCs in the lower hatch, not out on the booms.

Notes: While this solution works pretty well, yaw stability is not great, so avoid hard yaw maneuvers. Also, it is recommended to have the flat wing mod for your talon installed and have done some regular plane test flights before converting it to a VTOL.
I also recommend tuning the stock PIDs in Arduplane down a bit, since you'll almost certainly get oscillations (depending on your setup, mine were pretty strong).
AUW for my NT in the video is around 950g.
