This lens, as in general all those for photographic chamber, have the lens flush, so we can not use clip-on plugs.

Cet objectif, comme en général tous ceux pour chambre photographiques, ont la lentille à fleur, on ne peut donc pas utiliser des bouchons à accrochage par pince.

Impression sans support. évitez de placer un lit sous la pièce pour ne pas avoir à déboucher l'inscription...

Vous pouvez l'imprimer dans l'autre sens (inscription sur le dessus). Dans ce cas, prévoyez des supports léger et si possible une interface de support.

Dans ce sens, il faut plus de matière et le temps est doublé...

Un petit coup de chauffe - A little warm up

Les parois en contact avec l'objectif sont volontairement dessinées avec des facettes, pour créer un léger effet ressort.

Vous pouvez légèrement chauffer le capuchon pour faciliter sa première mise en place. Une fois froid, il gardera la forme. Attention à ne pas chauffer exagérément l'objectif (à mon avis, c'est un peu risqué avec de l'ABS, mais facile en PLA).

The walls in contact with the lens are deliberately drawn with facets, to create a slight spring effect.

You can lightly heat the cap to facilitate its first installation. Once cold, it will keep fit. Be careful not to overheat the lens (in my opinion, it's a little risky with ABS, but easy with PLA).

How I Designed This

Rien de bien compliqué.

Une petite mesure du diamètre extérieur de l'objectif avec un pied à coulisse.
Ensuite, dessin d'un tube comprenant 18 facettes (j'ai fait ce choix pour obtenir un léger effet ressort).

J'ai ensuite positionné un couvercle sur lequel j'ai soustrait le texte préalablement extrudé.

Un petit bourrelet constitué d'un tore sert de renfort à la base extérieure du capuchon.

Pour changer la taille du bouchon, j'ai joint un fichier OBJ et le .MAX de 3D Studio. Entrez dans les propriétés du tube et indiquez le diamètre intérieur et extérieur (différence de 1,2 pour donner l'épaisseur convenable, peut être un peu plus pour de plus grands diamètres).

Si vous avez beaucoup modifié le diamètre du tube, il vous faut ajuster le capuchon. Sous 3DS MAX, ils sont groupés, il vous faut modifier l'échelle 2D (X-Y) ou 3D (en rétrécissant, attention de voir si la valeur X ne devient pas trop petite).

Nothing complicated.

A small measurement of the outer diameter of the lens with a vernier caliper.
Then drawing a tube with 18 facets (I made this choice to obtain a slight spring effect).

I then positioned a cover on which I subtracted the previously extruded text.

A small bead consists of a torus serves as reinforcement at the outer base of the cap.

To change the size of the cap, I have attached an OBJ file and the .MAX of 3D Studio. Enter the properties of the tube and indicate the inside and outside diameter (difference of 1.2 to give the proper thickness, maybe a little more for larger diameters).

If you have changed the diameter of the tube a lot, you have to adjust the cap. Under 3DS MAX, they are grouped, you have to modify the scale 2D (X-Y) or 3D (by narrowing, attention to see if the value X does not become too small).

Le petit bourrelet se remarque à la base, à l'interface du bouchon et du tube faceté de maintient.

Suggestion -

Repérez plus facilement vos objectifs - Find your lenses more easily

Avec le capuchon en place, il n'est pas toujours facile de repérer les objectifs dont les dimensions sont proches.

Vous pouvez graver la taille de l'objectif (de la même façon que "sinar" est gravé) sur le bouchon ou adopter un code de couleur (couleur du matériau d'impression).

Ce dernier point permet à l'assistant de retrouver plus rapidement le bouchon correspondant à l'objectif et de couleur, c'est moins facile à égarer dans un studio que les bouchons noirs...

With the cap in place, it's not always easy to spot lenses that are close in size.

You can engrave the lens size (in the same way that "sinar" is engraved) on the cap or adopt a color code (color of the printing material).

This last point allows the assistant to find more quickly the cap corresponding to the lens and color, it's less easy to lose it in a studio that black caps ...
