Makerbot replicator conversion 2xto Ramps 1.4 + marlin 1.8

Il fallait changer la carte mére qui coutait rien que 500€, donc j'ai prit les ramps qui trainait chez moi pour refaire une machine.

1. il faut suivre ce tuto pour le câblage :

2. ensuite, il faut imprimer le nouveau supports pour la carte ramps que j'ai refait car celui sur hackaday n'allait pas a mon gout. Le mien n'est pas encore complètement parfait mais il est deja plus loin, ce qui permet de faire passer le câble USB jusqu'a l'arduino.

3. j'ai refait un support pour l'écran car j'aimais pas les propositions des uns et des autres, donc j'ai remixé et j'ai refait à ma sauce.

4. Au passage, je me suis dit que le design de makerbot me faisais ch*** donc j'ai décidé de le refaire a ma sauce aussi. J'ai utiliser un peu tout ce que les gens on fait, et j'ai chopper des moèdles des cartes (ramps et ecran) sur thingiverse pour modé liser correctement.

5. J'ai monté tout cela proprement et j'ai refermé le tout. Pour le bloc alim j'ai percé le plateau en métal du bas et passé 2 vis.

6. Pour le firmaware j'ai repris celui de Vivasentenza, car comme j'ai gardé le bloc de la buse et que j'ai juste mis à la place une 10k et un nouveau bloc de chauffe, mon nozzle se rapproche d'une EV6, j'ai juste baissé le nombre de pas dans le marlin pour le E a 88.
   Suivez donc le montage du firmware de Vivasentenza ca devrait le faire.

It was necessary to change the motherboard which cost "only" 500 €, so I took the Ramps that was at my home to remake a machine.

2. Then, you have to print the new supports for the map ramps that I redone because the one on hackaday didn't go to my taste. Mine is not yet completely perfect but it is already further, which allows to pass the USB cable to the arduino.

3. I redid a support for the screen because I did not like the proposals of each other, so I remixed and I redid to my sauce.

4. By the way, I thought that the design of makerbot was hot so I decided to redo it to my sauce too. I use a little everything that people do, and I chopper maps (ramps and screens) on thingiverse to model correctly.

5. I put it all together neatly and closed it all up. For the PSU I pierced the bottom metal tray and passed 2 screws.

6. For the firmware I took the one from Vivasentenza, because as I kept the block of the nozzle and I just put instead a 10k and a new block heater, my nozzle is close to a EV6, I just dropped the number of steps in the marlin for E a 88.
   Follow the installation of the firmware of Vivasentenza, that should do it.
