Sealant Cartridge Nozzle Cap Remix

Remix der Verschlusskappe für Silikon Kartuschen.

Geändert habe ich die Aussenform, welche nun ohne Raft oder Support gedruckt werden kann.
Außerdem habe ich den Gewindeansatz konisch gestaltet, da meine Kartuschen am Auslass alle konisch zulaufen.

Als O-Ringe haben sich die O-Ring Dichtungen TOOGOO(R) 10 PCS Schwarz Gummi Oil Seal O-Ring Dichtung Unterlegscheiben 28x3x22mm bewährt, welche bei Amazon zu bekommen sind.

Update 03/25
Hab das Design nochmal nachgearbeitet um das ganze dichter zu bekommen und auf Wunsch eine verlängerte Version hinzugefügt.
Beim Druck ist eine Wanddicke von 3-4 Lagen zu empfehlen, damit der Druck luftdicht wird und Boden und Decke von min. 1mm.
Außerdem scheint PETG die bessere Wahl als Material zu sein.

Remix of the cap for silicone cartridges.

I have changed the outer shape, which can now be printed without raft or support.
In addition, I have the threaded neck tapered, since my cartridges all taper at the outlet.

As O-rings the O-ring seals TOOGOO (R) 10 PCS Black Rubber Oil Seal O-ring seal washers 28x3x22mm proved, which are to be gotten at Amazon.

Update 03/25
I've reworked the design to make it more airtight and added an extended version upon request.
When printing, a wall thickness of 3-4 layers is recommended to ensure the print is airtight, and a base and ceiling thickness of at least 1 mm.
PETG also seems to be a better choice of material.
