Description
This is a quick remix of the excellent fillet gauge design created by TnaTmr. The original design has raised numbers which are quite small and I noticed a couple of commenters say they came off the tool easily. Personally, I prefer inset text/numbers on models so I opened up the STL file in 3DSMax and selected all of the vertices on the top plane, then simply dragged them up so they were a couple of millimeters above the numbers.
This tool is used to measure the dimensions of a rounded (Fusion360 calls this a "Fillet") outside corner on an object. The range goes from 1mm up to 12mm fillets. At each end there is an additional two measurements for 3mm & 5mm inside corners.
The thickness of the part when printed is 4.8mm and using 30% infill the part uses 6.25g of filament.
Note: The images aren't really representative of the final look, the flash makes it appear shiny and hard to read the numbers. It actually looks more matte black and I have no difficulty making out the numbers.
