52 Cards Package with Rotating Lock

#What is it?
This is a card package for up to 60 standard playing cards with a really cool rotating lock mechanism. If you want to make this you can choose what icon you want to have as lock. You have to print the base x2 and the icon x4. You can also mix and match the icons. You have to be careful though because you need to also print the mirrored version of the asymmetric locks.

#Additional Notes
Your Printer needs to have a Nozzle Diameter of at least 0.4mm or smaller. Your layer height needs to be 0.2mm or less. Your filament type should also be chosen carefully because not every filament is strong enough in 0.4mm walls in the lock mechanism. I personally used ABS for my prints. I could imagine PET-G would work great too. Don't exactly know for PLA though.

If you need calibration I included a test base that has only the mechanism to test that. Also I included the lock mechanism template for creating own icons. (I would like to see some remixes of those)

If your lock does not turn freely you should sand down irregularities and use some silicone oil (I used the speedcuber kind).
