Titan Aqua / Wanhao i3 v2.1 mount + fan

Full mounting system plus a blower fan shroud for the titan aqua on the wanhao i3 (and similar).

Update (5 Sept)
I am happy with the design, can print up to 120mm/s with minimal ringing. Cooling at that speed seems sufficient (see pic with orange cube: PrimaSelect PLA, 30C ambient).
Test rig:
Wanhao i3 chassis, misumi rods/bearings (LM8UU on all axis), SKR PRO 1.1, TMC2209 (UART), Marlin 2, Linear advance.

Update (27 Aug)
v2 fan mount
+improved mount for original i3 v2.1 bearings (slightly better clearance, easier to stay parallel to the bed, screws not obstructing the airflow).
+more vertical (I didn't like the angle, was sucking very hot air directly above the bed on first layers)
+much bigger throat, increased flow.
+thicker walls, more robust
-heavier
-77 degrees overhangs (lower part of throat)

Cable guide on top for filament tube and/or water tubes if you prefer to route them backwards. If you need a version without this extension, I can cut it off.

Heating block orientation not that important, fan shroud has enough space for you to play.
Best position it with the heater cable exiting on the front to avoid forcing the shroud downwards.

BLtouch settings:

Please check the Z offset, small variations in print settings might change that (over extrusion in bltouch mount).

No need for high infill, choose a stiff filament, photos with Extrudr Greentec pro carbon.
Weight of the original i3 v2.1 mount: 75g
Weight of this mount: 30g

If you need detailed instructions and description of bolts you will need don't hesitate to ask.

warning
top M4 bolts have to be inserted from the front with (lock) nuts to the back to tighten it due the the positioning of the rods (and of course my average design).
Bottom screws can and should be inserted from the back and will self tighten. Any other ideas are welcome.

BLtouch mount is very fragile, watch out.
