So I have an IP Camera setup to monitor both my printers.
My problem is I do not have a lot of room on my bench.
If I put it in between the printers it was blocking the control box.
To fix this issue I made this "swing arm" so I could position the camera in a few diff angles etc and easily move it out of the way.
I made it to work with 1/2 in copper pipe (as I had some lying around). I only soldered the elbows on the arm so the rest of it can just pull apart. (you COULD just use crazy glue or
the like for this... not like it needs to be water tight.)
I added another base for my TonTon camera (will fit many of that style).
Again, most of the piping pulls apart making these interchangeable and re-positional.
You can also turn the cam to point it where you want it.
I added a replacement for the original to match the TonTon style and with mounting holes if used as a stand.
I added a new bracket... smaller but stronger. I bought 2 Pipe Stay-Extended for 1/2 Inch Copper and sandwiched them together with a model in the middle.
For those who don't know, you can buy these little "pocket pipe cutters" anywhere for almost nothing:

If you print 2 of the camera bases you can put one on either end of a short piece of pipe and make a stand.
