Description

Update 28-09-2019: Die Umsetzung mit dem Touchsensor ist doch schwerer als gedacht. Daher werde ich die Idee ersteinmal verwerfen. Ich lasse das Design aber trotzdem online. Dafür habe ich zwei weitere neue Designs online gestellt Die Tasterversion ist geprüft und funktioniert. Update 23-09-2019: Habe leider festgestellt das die Ansteuerung der Sensor Platine nicht fehlerfrei funktioniert. Der Raspberry Pi schaltet sich sporadisch von alleine aus. Fehler habe ich schon etwas eingegrenzt, es liegt an dem verbauten Widerstand. Wenn jemand eine Lösung hat, dann schreibt mir eine Nachricht. Solange wie ich keine Lösung habe empfehle den Deckel mit Senortouch nicht zu drucken. Hier ein paar Umsetzungen von meinem Raspberry Pi4B Gehäuse. Habe mir mehrere Gehäuse angeschaut und auch die Kommentare gelesen. Darauf hin habe ich aus 2 guten Gehäusen ein neues erstellt. Das Grundmodel ist von "0110-M-P" und die Modifikationen für den Lüfter und die Anschlüsse von "John_Sinclair". Der MicroSD Ausschnitt wurde noch etwas vergrößert (ca. 13,5mm) Zusätzlich wird benötigt: 4 Stück M3 x 20mm Schrauben (Deckel und Boden verschrauben) (Alternativ M3 x 18mm Schrauben) 1 Stück "Noctua NF-A4x10 5V Lüfter" optional: 4 Stück selbstklebende Gummifüße Zusatzinfo: Wenn man den Deckel mit Logo druckt, sollte man Stützstruktur (für Logo) verwenden. Jumperkabel auf folgende GPIO Pins stecken VCC - Pin 1 (3,3V PWR) I/O - Pin 5 (I2C1 SCL bzw. GPIO 3) GND - Pin 9 (GND) Taster vorbereiten: 2 Jumperkabel vorbereiten und an den Taster anlöten. Jumperkabel auf folgende GPIO Pins stecken I/O - Pin 5 (I2C1 SCL bzw. GPIO 3) GND - Pin 9 (GND) MicroSD Karte mit dem Computer verbinden. In der „config.txt“ folgende Zeilen einfügen (#Ansteuerung An/Ausschalter) die Klammern am Anfang und Ende nicht benutzen dtoverlay=gpio-shutdown,gpio_pin=3, active_low=1,gpio_pull=up Nach dem einmaligen Start des Raspberry Pi, kann nun der Schalter benutzt werden um das Gerät ein und aus zu schalten.
