Assassin Wing from Crashtesthobbies Winglets

Proteus wing tips heavily modified to fit the assassin wing from crashtesthobbies. Test flown and appears to greatly reduce any yaw swing and adds stability and glide slope with the increased wing area.

I build these wings very light about 330 grams without battery. With this construction you must add 49.7 grams to the nose to get the cg back where it should be.

Update: Add weight to the nose as needed to correct change in CG. Might also depend on how many wing repairs you have.

Update: 6-20-20 I've started printing these out of a stiff TPU. They seem to hold up very well.

Update: 2-10-23 Getting ready for spring flying, I reworked the winglets to smooth out some of the roughness. Printing now with TPU Priline from Amazon walls 1.6mm 215 degrees 30mm per sec no fill.
