The 41 Series: Box / Multipurpose Enclosure

This set includes 2 different sizes of bodies/enclosures (Dual and Triple) and 6 styles of faceplates for compatibility with the circuit of your choice. Feel free to combine them as you wish and make the enclosure that your project needs :)

Body sizes:

1. Dual.
2. Triple.

Faceplate styles:

1. Blanc (so you can customize it).
2. 16mm Fire Switch hole only.
3. 16MM Fire Switch hole and 0.28 inch Voltmeter hole.
4. 16MM Fire Switch hole, 0.28 inch Voltmeter hole and 12.50mmX20mm On/Off Rocker Switch hole.
5. RX200 board compatible with a 12mm hole for a separate fire switch.
6. DNA250 board compatible with a 12mm hole for a separate fire switch.

Notes:

1. The hole of the connector on the top has a diameter of 10mm.
2. You can use 3mmX6mm n52 magnets.
3. All the parts are designed to tight fit using M2*4mm screws but it is recommended to use threaded inserts (you will have to enlarge the holes).
4. In case you want to use a 18650 battery sled in your project, it is recommended to use the Blossom style ABS injection moulded sled. You can later glue it on the back cover or better make some holes on the back cover and mount it with 4 standoffs (AZmodsThe41BatterySledFoot.stl).
5. There is also a back cover included with a 12mm hole in which you can mount a pilot On/Off switch.
6. If you use a 22mm or 24mm connector and worry about the gap, there is a solution for that using spacers.

Please:

1. Note that tolerances and accuracy may vary for each 3D printer.
2. Don't message me asking for parts, complete builds and custom edits etc. If you have the knowledge and own a 3D Printer or have a 3D Hub nearby you can make yours for free. Otherwise, this project is not for you.
