Rail Filler for ender 3 top mount extruder

This is a remix of the rail insert by tonysix00. I took off the chamfer at the back and added a shallow groove to allow a cable to run behind this insert. should be great for helping to route the cable to the top for a top mount extruder. print with supports

Update: V2 made. Thinner top to protrude less under guides and such. increased cable channel. should allow for thicker cables to be run inside of the grooves in extrusions for cable management.
