Description
Hello all,
this flashbender is supposed to be a handy addition to a medium sized external flash device for cameras in order to direct the flash in a certain way: Catchlight, etc. But to whom do I tell this - you probably already know what to use it for.
After watching a few flash device reviews on youtube, I came across the video linked below. The photo guy talks about bouncing flashes and affordable ways to enhance your external flash's capabilities to "bend" the flash, hence the name flashbender.
In the video he uses a flash bender made from, I don't know..maybe cardboard, costing a whooping 10€. Not much considering your usual expenses, you may have already spent on your photo gear.
But 10€ for a piece of cardboard seems a bit strange.
Therefore you can download the .stl for such a flash bender here...and print it with your >500€ printer. Okay, I see the irony ;-)
The flashbender is installed on your external flash via rubber bands - might look a bit ghetto, but nobody will see that on the pictures you take.
Happy printing!
Hannes
PS: And I have no clue, why the pictures in the gallery are somewhat distorted.
