Chainmail #2

Get the test print right first.
Print with a 1.5mm brim, more if you scale it up in size. Unlike my Chainmail #1, this version has very little footing area to stabilise the vertical donuts.
Try 0.2 to 0.35mm layer height and a good head fan, print slower and cooler until the spans bridge between the upright donuts correctly. Note that the donuts are formed by rotating a squished 12 sided polygon to improve the hole space utilisation inside the horizontal donuts.
If you have a fancy metal printer then do the big one, please print the "made by fluidity tag" and find an architectural use for it! :-) Post a picture too... it makes this place more interesting!
Cura slices the big print in about 15 seconds on my laptop.
I suspect it recognizes repeated elements.
You may have up to half a day slicing if you use slic3r with the big mesh
I've deliberately set a low polygon count to reduce the file size and to get a good start to printing the feet of the donuts, but there's a lot of surface area to process in a mesh like this!
Note that this mesh is much more flexible than my first version with the built in supports, I've programmed in more empty space around the donut grabs. to allow for expansion and contraction of the mesh.
