Description
Converted the Playmobil Fire Truck model from @Lies to 3D parts.
It has a seat and the perfect size, so that a Playmobil figure can drive it!
I promised my nephew to print it for him as birthday present - Before I saw it was designed for a MDF laser cutter. So I had no choice.. buy a laser cutter, or make it printable.
I rearranged the parts. Transformed them to exact sizes (tried to use multiplier of 0.2mm). After that, I extruded it as 3D Model in Fusion 360. All parts have a thickness of 4mm. Only the wheels are thicker. After printing all parts twice, I had the correct sized, to give them a good fit.
I made the hole for the wheels round and also designed a well. But I found out, it's stronger and easier If I use M3 screws. Now the wheels can rotate very well.
Thanks for the great base model,
a high five for the 3D printing community!
