BLV Mgn Cube SFU1204 Ballscrew Upgrade

This is an upgrade for BLV Mgn Cube.

The BallScrew is SFU1204, 450mm. (threaded size 390mm)

(1) BF10 Bearing (Upper End) 608ZZ (22x8x7)
(1) BK10 Bearing (Lower End) 6200 (30x10x9)
(1) Motor Mount
(1) BK10
(1) BF10
(1) Hiwin Lock + BallScrew lock

In order to use the 450mm rod, new motor mounts are needed the motor needs to be lowered at least 25mm (1 in)

NEMA 17 Motor Mount (per motor):

• (4) M3 x 10mm
• (5) M5 x 10mm with tnut (for 2020 profile)
• (1) Bearing 6200
• (4) M5 x 35mm with locks for the BK10

HIWIN LOCK:

• (4) M3 x 10mm
• (2) M5 x 45mm with washers with tnuts (for 2020 profile)

BALLSCREW LOCK:

• (4) M4 x 35mm.
