Demontagewerkzeug für den Öleinfüllstutzen des NSU Ro80

Ausziehwerkzeug für den NSU Ro80 zum entfernen des Öleinfüllstutzen. Das Werkzeug umklammert den Öleinfüllstutzen formschlüssig damit man das Einfüllrohr ohne Kratzer oder Dellen zu riskieren aus dem Motorblock heraus ziehen kann.

Um das Werkzeug stabiler zu machen habe ich es mit 100% Füllung gedruckt aus PETG.

Durch die Bohrungen können lange M8 Schrauben oder M8 Gewindestangen angeschraubt werden und dann mit einem Schlagauszieher das Rohr aus dem Motorblock heraus gezogen werden.

Nach dem Drucken habe ich alle Bohrungen mit einem 8,5mm Bohrer für eine leichtere Montage nachgearbeitet.

Zum Zusammenschrauben der beiden Hälften der Ausziehhilfe sind 4 Schrauben M8 x 60 mit Muttern und Unterlegscheiben nötig.

Extraction tool for NSU Ro80 to remove the oil filler neck. The tool clasps the oil filler neck positively so that the filler tube can be pulled out of the engine block without risking scratches or dents.

To make the tool more stable I printed it with 100% filling made of PETG.

Through the drillings long M8 screws or M8 threaded rods can be screwed on and then the tube can be pulled out of the engine block with an impact extractor.

After printing I reworked all holes with a 8.5mm drill for easier assembly.

To screw the two halves of the extractor together, 4 screws M8 x 60 with nuts and washers are needed.
