Description
Internal trim piece that fits into the bottom of the front passenger door handle and covers the mounting screw.
Suits a 2005-2007 Mazda 2 (Demio) DY2/DY series 2. I don't know if it suits the DY series 1.
Original is made from a flexible material. TPU may work nicely.
I made mine from ABS to withstand the summer heat. As ABS is not flexible, I needed to lightly sand the edge of the upper rim to get a prefect fit. If a flexible material such as TPU is used, this should not be necessary.
