NSU Ro80 Adapter für Kompressionsmessung

Adapter um einen Drucksensor für eine Kompressionsmessung mit dem Zündkerzengewinde eines NSU Ro80 verbinden zu können. Das Fahrzeug hat ein Zündkerzengewinde der Größe M18x1,5. Der Adapter ist auch für andere Fahrzeuge geeignet die diese Zündkerzengewindegröße verwenden.
Am Kopfende, das mit einem 22mm Sechskant versehen ist, kann man einen Drucksensor mit dem Gewinde: 1/8 Zoll NPT/27 einschrauben. Die Bohrung für das Gewinde ist 13mm tief, so das ein gängiger Drucksensor (mit 12mm Gewindelänge) bis zum Anschlag eingeschraubt werden kann, siehe Foto.
Ich habe den Adapter bisher aus PETG gedruckt. Dieses Material ist bis ca. 80 Grad formstabil. Für eine noch höhere Wärmebelastbarkeit kann man auch alternative Filamente verwenden.

Adaptor to connect a pressure sensor for compression measurement to the spark plug thread of an NSU Ro80. The vehicle has a spark plug thread with the size M18x1.5. It is also suitable for other vehicles using this spark plug thread size.
At the head end, which is provided with a 22mm hexagon, you can screw in a pressure sensor with the thread: 1/8 inch NPT/27. The hole for the thread is 13mm deep, so that a common pressure sensor (with 12mm thread length) can be screwed in until it stops, see photo.
I printed the adapter from PETG. This material is dimensionally stable up to about 80 degrees. For an even higher heat resistance you can also use alternative filaments.
