Paper Towel Roll Holder for a Wire Rack
This works great for my wire rack (24mm outside to outside spacing of 4mm wire) but might not be perfect for all.
This could also be used without the holder caps and mounted the bottom of a cupboard.
This was inspired by another paper towel holder that is much shorter and only for mounting to a cupboard: thingiverse.com/thing:3474669
