LAMP Words For Life Therapy Blocks

Heavily inspired by tylerj714's Speech Therapy Blocks

My wife, an SLP, liked tylerj714'blocks. I suggested making the blocks thinner so we could fit more on a binder ring, and she requested custom icons that would match the communication devices she uses with her students.

This project also contains the blank blocks we iterated over. The first block in the Yes comparison image is the the Yes Block from tylerj714's set.

  • A ~50% thickness version of the source block.
• thin_blank
  • Third from the left in the photo
  • An extra-thin idea, with a raised border giving an inset look. There's a lot of flex in this one, which raised concerns that some of her students would break it.
• fat_inset_blank
  • Fourth from the left in the photo
  • A combination of the thickness of fat_blank with the inset look from thin_blank.
