To be honest, I think it's a reliable model, but you are using it at your own risk.

Two-piece stand. The four legs fold-up and screw into the bell-shaped housing. Designed to fit a beginner Yamaha clarinet, but I assume it will work for just about any. To set up for use, unscrew the legs from the housing, fold-out the legs to be flat to the ground, then screw the legs back into the housing. You have to screw the legs in enough that they aren't too loose but not so much that the legs are lifted off the ground. Hopefully, the photos help explain how it works. The legs are print-in-place hinges, so no assembly of the legs is required.
