Easy Breath Face Mask anti Corona Filter Adapter (Updated Version with separated breath channels)

This is a 3d printable breath filter adapter for use on the Decathlon Easy Breath Snorkel Mask. Filter.stl is the filter that replaces the original snorkel. Netz.stl is a net witch is wrapped tight around the filter to keeps the filtermaterial in place.

As filter material I tried two layers of papertowels or toiletpaper but any material can be used. Because of the big filter area it is possible to use very dense filter material. I don't know what material is best as a filter against Corona Virus. Good thing is the fact, that there are separated in and out channels in the snorkel to prevent you from rebreathe your own breath and keep the mask clear.

Dies ist ein 3d druckbarer Filteradapter zur Verwendung mit einer Decathlon Easy Breath Schnorchelmaske. Filter.stl ist der Filter der den original Schnorchel ersetzt. Netz.stl ist ein Netz das um den Adapter gespannt wird und das Filtermaterial an Ort und Stelle hält.

Als Filtermaterial habe ich zwei Schichten Küchenrolle oder Toilettenpapier ausprobiert, aber es kann jedes Material verwendet werden. Durch die große Oberfläche kann auch sehr dichtes Filtermaterial verwendet werden. Ich weiß nicht, welches Material als Filter gegen Corona Virus am besten geeignet ist. Gut ist die Tatsache, dass es separate ein- und ausatem Kanäle im Schnorchel gibt was verhindert, dass die die verbrauchte Luft erneut eingeatmet wird und die Maske nicht beschlägt.
