Updated US - 3-hole version of 3DVerkstan face shield design

The 3DVerkstan 3-hole punch version for North American( v2 ) works well but square pegs caused fractures in some film material and sometimes the film would fall off the front peg on assembly. The inside surface at the forehead band was a thin wall as the outside bevel created a fracture point. An inside bevel was added to strengthen it.

Modifications were made to fix these issues.
