RAILCORE 300ZL 300ZLT 3DPASSION NOVA MOUNT

This is a complete file set to upgrade your Hotend on your Railcore 300ZL or 300ZLT to a Viral Inventions or 3DPassion Nova highflown Hotend. This is a premium, high flow precision Hotend. Similar to the size of a V6 but the volumetric flow of the super volcano. This a upgrade I highly recommend.

Print the Hotend adapter; You'll need to M3 square nuts to insert into the body of the mount. Attach to the Extruder plate like normal, and use the clamp from the original V6 style mount. I used two M3 cap head hex screws to secure the clamp.

The Fan should should be printed at a 45 degree, with full supports from the build plate only. I recommend Polycarbonate or Nylon. My first one in PETG started to sag. This setup needs to hold the weight of the fan duct and the complete weight of the fan too. PC is rigid and strong.
