Ender 5 Plus Direct Dual Gear Extruder

EDIT 30/04/2020: New update, beffier motor mount section. Now printed in PETG CF filament @250°C. Very tough!

EDIT 22/04/2020: Added new version (ver 8) of the direct extruder mount, modified to fit the tension set screw of the dual gear extruder, also added a filament guide and a mount for the M10 PTFE coupler that fits where the stepper motor was.

This is a one piece printed part for upgrading your Creality Ender 5 Plus 3D printer to Dual Geared Direct Extruder.

Print it using supports, take your time tweaking your supports and to romove them after printing.

Used 0.2mm layer height, 5 perimeters and 20% infill.

It was designed for the dual gear extruder same as the ones mounted on a cr10s pro printer and is available on Aliexpress or Amazon (the red metal ones).
