Description
A proof of concept of active filter block for Mask L https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4273471 with mount block for 40 mm fan
Item has 3 options of fan mount block
mask_m2s-afilter-p1b11.stl - 11mm mount space for 40x10 fan
mask_m2s-afilter-p1b21.stl - 12mm mount space for 40x10 NF-A4x10 notcua fan (it is doen't fit 11mm)
mask_m2s-afilter-p1b21.stl - 21mm mount space for 40x20 fan
This is an experiment - the main idea to have income airflow into a mask for easy breathing (but I think we need to add to mask extra outgoing valve).
As a simple option mount two active blocks - first as input, second as output
Use a single or double (one in one out) filter pads
Update 30/04/2020
Did tests with dual fan setup it was much better one directed to in another to out. Also did adapter with voltage regulator step-up module MT3608 board to USB to power it via powerbank
Use fans with higher static pressure
Update 03/05/2020
The new version of ring mask_m2s-afilter-p2b.stl use instead of mask_m2s-afilter-p2.stl if want less sharp conners
