Pipe Shelf Fittings

I wanted to see about printing pipe fittings that could be glued to emt to replicate the look and still be functional for the "pipe shelf" type shelves.

The pictures are my crude strength test which is 3 gallons of water at 12" from flange face. Clearly, this isn't very scientific, but, at some point, you can't spend 100's on shelves and keep the wife happy at the same time...
