Added support for a 15x20mm Cable Chain.

Update 5/20/20:
- Increased the height to prevent the cable chain from ramming into the frame
- Added a keyed slot to prevent rotation of the carriage mount
- Added a new mounting method, parallel to the frame. Reduces the amount of cable chain by a decent amount
- Increased diameter slightly of the insertion cylinder
