Satsana Duct Remix for Direct Drive

It may fit others that are based on this design, but they are untested. See the included photo for how I lined the parts up in Tinkercad to test them out. The bolt hole in the shroud is lined up with the hole for the bolt boss in the DD mount. You could do the same with your own DD conversion mount.

I went with this one as it retains full build volume (when used with a longer cable for the extruder). There is a 1mm clearance around all the parts of the DD mount.

Supports are included into the model, including a small brim to stop them falling over, and the supports come off with no issue. The gap between the support blocks and the duct is 0.15mm.

One post-processing thing of note: ream out the mounting holes slightly as the bolt will cut its own threads if you have any elephant-footing, which makes it hard to align with the hole on the X plate and may strip threads. You may want to screw the bolts in and then keep turning so it strips out the plastic.
