I'm sharing my 35mm film digitizing setup and hope you like it. If you like it, post a make.

I used most parts 3d printed, except 15mm aluminium tubes and arca swiss QR clamp.

Any video light can be used, but I used a Viltrox video LED light with adjustable color temperature. It cost about $25. It is powered by 12V DC via a standard 5.5x2.1mm plug. It seems to use cool and warm white LEDs and by adjusting ratio of the 2 groups, it can be cooler or warmer white color and light intensity can also be adjusted. Being video light, it seems to be good at not flickering and not causing banding with digital shutter.

The film holder in the middle between light and camera is height adjustable - should be precisely adjusted to same height as camera bayonet, so that sensor + lens + film frame are on the same axis.

The film holder is a modification of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3146065
The idea is that hair rubber bands hold the 2 parts together, flatten the film and allow opening the film holder by hand for free sliding of the film. The height-adjustable film holder should be easy to replace for a 6x6 holder. The holder frame is large enough that it shades the video light from entering the lens. It could be improved by placing a larger mask between film holder and light source.
