Foot massage stones

This is a traditional design for foot massage. It stimulates your foot acupuncture points that are believed to connect to different organs of your body, so the organs will be gently activated whenever you step on these stones (see the pic).

You could print out 30 or even more of those, depending on the size of your food, and glue them onto whatever flat or curved surface (see the pic). It may cause gentle pains when you step onto those stones and it is believe that the pains are reflections of your organ health. Less pains mean healthier, and the pains will gradually disappear if you do it more often. I use it several times a day, especially when watching the TV (trying not to become a couch potato...)

In principle you could resize the current design by a factor of up to 1.5 times, which will generate stronger stimulation and thus possibly more pains.
