Cet adaptateur est compatible avec les objectifs a montures EF et EFS (culot arrière plus long).
Deux versions pour les backfocus ASI 12.5 et 17.5 . Chaque version se décline en 3 modèles.
Pourquoi 3 modèles ? Et bien je souhaitais tout d'abord un modèle qui s'imprime sans aucun supports mais cela impliquais un plus grand nombre de pièces et de collages. Il est apparu qu'avec un minimum de supports je pouvais combiner 2 voir 3 pièces ensembles , simplifiant ainsi la réalisation. Il y a possibilités d'avoir plusieurs couleurs , un pied ou non , bref ça laisse donc plus de flexibilité et de choix aux gens pour faire selon leurs besoins.

Initialement l'unique modèle comprenait 4 pièces pour le corps de l'adaptateur> 1 bague Canon , 1 chambre de filtre , 1 platine T2 et un carter destiné a envelopper l'ensemble pour assurer l'étanchéité a la lumière au niveau des collages , avec aussi un coté esthétique ( possibilité d'une pièce de couleur différente).
Ce modèle ( qui maintenant est le modèle 3) s'imprime sans aucun supports et intéressera ceux qui sont résolument allergique aux supports , et il y en a !

Le modèle 1 :
Dans ce modèle , la bague Canon , la chambre de filtre et le carter ont été réunis en une seule pièce ; la bague-Canon-Combi. Vous pouvez choisir cette bague ou la bague-Canon-Combi-pod pour avoir un pied au profil Vixen avec 2 lumières pour des vic CHC M6.
Ce modèle nécessite des supports et si résidus il y a après l'impressions ils devront etres bien nettoyés sur la version backfocus 17.5 car dans cette version la bague Canon est plus petite et les objectifs EFS ont le culot arrière plus long que sur les EF.
Si vous choisissez le modèle avec pied ( bague-canon-combi-pod) celui-ci part vers l'arrière (vers la caméra) , c'était la condition pour ne pas avoir de collage supplémentaire.

Le modèle 2 :
Dans ce modèle le carter n'a pas été combiné avec les autres pièces. Cela laisse la possibilité
de mixer les couleurs et de choisir soit le carter simple soit le carter-pod , avec donc un pied qui cette fois partira vers l'avant.
Comme le modèle 1 il nécessite des supports.

Le modèle 3:
C'etait le modèle initial ! Gros avantage il s'imprime sans supports mais a plus de pièces et donc plus de collages. Plus de pièces donc plus de possibilités de marier les couleurs.

Assemblage:
Je recommande la colle époxy 2 composants ( facilement trouvable) , j'utilise une colle en

seringue qui prend en 10min.
La difficulté que j'ai rencontré est le phénomène dit du " pied d'éléphant " qui consiste en un élargissement des premières couches lors de l'impression. Ce problème ne facilite pas l'assemblage des pièces et il vaut mieux essayer d'éliminer le bourrelet avec un ébavureur avant l'assemblage.
Tout le monde est plus ou moins confronté a ce problème et j'espère que vous ne le serez pas au même niveau que moi !! Pour minimiser ce phénomène j'ai ajouté un petit chanfrein a 70° au bas des pièces pour compenser un peu cet élargissement.

Attention en appliquant la colle , ne pas en mettre trop ni trop près des bords pour éviter que ça ne déborde. Si vous n'avez pas l'habitude de ce type de colle , coller une pièce a la fois (ne préparer que très peu de mélange).Dans les illustrations jointent , j'indique les zones ou appliquer la colle.
Quelque soit le modèle , avant de coller la platine T2, visser votre caméra a fond sur la platine , cela permettra de positionner la prise usb de la caméra dans la position souhaitée.

Une fois le corps assemblé , insérez le porte-filtre , mettez 2 points de colle dans les 2 trous de positionnement et déposez en un peu entre ces 2 trous (une fine ligne) et positionnez la casquette sur le porte-filtre.

Impression:
Toutes mes pièces ont été imprimées en PLA+ de chez Sunlu.
30% de remplissage
4 périmètres et même 5 pour les pièces avec le pied ( qui seront soumises a beaucoup de pression avec le serrage des vis).
Je fournis des copies d'écran pour la position des pièces sur le plateau d'impression.
J'utilise Simplify3D qui permet de faire varier la hauteur des couches ( et bien d'autres
paramètres) pendant l'impression. Par exemple pour la platine T2 je commence a 0.16 ou 0.2 mm pour la partie plate et je passe a 0.12 pour le filetage.
Tout filetages doivent êtres imprimés a 0.12 max. et a vitesse plutôt faible 30/35 mm/s.
Baissez votre flux si vous extruder un peu trop fort.

Pour finir je joint une archive RAR reprenant tout les fichiers ( stl , illustrations...)

organisés par dossiers de versions et modèles.

This adapter is compatible with EF and EFS mount lenses (longer rear base).
Two versions for ASI 12.5 and 17.5 backfocus. Each version is available in 3 models.
Why 3 models? Well I wanted first of all a model that prints without any

supports but that involved a greater number of pieces and collages. It appeared that with
a minimum of supports I could combine 2 or 3 pieces together, thus simplifying the

production. There are possibilities to have several colors, one foot or not, in short it leaves
therefore more modularity and choice for people to do according to their needs.

 
Initially the only model included 4 parts for the adapter body> 1 Canon ring, 1

filter chamber, 1 T2 plate and a casing intended to wrap the assembly to ensure

the light tightness at the bonding level, also with an aesthetic side (possibility

of a different color piece).
This model (which is now model 3) prints without any media and will interest those
who are resolutely allergic to supports, and there are!

Model 1:
In this model, the Canon ring, the filter chamber and the housing were combined in one

room ; the ring-Canon-Combi. You can choose this ring or the Canon-Combi-pod ring for

have a Vixen profile stand with 2 lights for vic CHC M6.
This model requires supports and if there is residue after printing they will have to be fine

cleaned on the 17.5 backfocus version because in this version the Canon ring is smaller and

EFS lenses have a longer rear base than EFs.
If you choose the model with foot (ring-barrel-combi-pod) it goes backwards (towards

the camera), it was the condition not to have additional bonding.

Model 2:
In this model, the housing has not been combined with the other parts. That leaves the possibility
mix the colors and choose either the single housing or the housing-pod, so with a foot

which this time will go forward.
Like the model 1 it requires supports.

Model 3:
It was the original model! Big advantage it prints without supports but has more parts and therefore

more collages. More pieces therefore more possibilities to marry the colors.

Assembly:
I recommend 2-component epoxy glue (easily found), I use

syringe which takes 10min.
The difficulty I encountered is the phenomenon known as the "elephant foot" which consists of a

widening of the first layers during printing. This problem does not facilitate assembly

parts and it is better to try to remove the bead with a deburring tool before assembly.
Everyone is more or less facing this problem and I hope you will not be

same level as me !! To minimize this phenomenon I added a small chamfer at 70 ° at the bottom

parts to compensate a little for this enlargement.
 
Be careful when applying the glue, do not put too much or too close to the beads to avoid it

overflows. If you are not used to this type of glue, stick one piece at a time (do not

prepare very little mixture) .In the attached illustrations, I indicate the areas or

apply the glue.
Whatever the model, before sticking the T2 plate, screw your camera fully onto the plate

, this will position the usb socket of the camera in the desired position.

Once the body is assembled, insert the filter holder, put 2 dots of glue in the 2 holes

positioning and drop a little between these 2 holes (a thin line) and position the

cap on the filter holder.

Impression:
All my pieces were printed in PLA + from Sunlu.
30% filling
4 perimeters and even 5 for the parts with the foot (which will be subjected to a lot of pressure

tightening the screws).
I provide screenshots for the position of the parts on the print bed.
I use Simplify3D which allows you to vary the height of the layers (and many others

settings) during printing. For example for the T2 plate I start at 0.16 or 0.2 mm

for the flat part and I go to 0.12 for the thread.
All threads must be printed at 0.12 max. and at rather low speed 30/35 mm / s.
Lower your flow if you extrude a little too hard.

Finally I attach a RAR archive containing all the files (stl, illustrations ...)

organized by version and model folders.
