Shapeshifter lampshade, inspired by the Dentelle collection

It takes hours to properly design a lampshade the way Samuel N. Bernier did for the Dentelle collection : http://www.wired.com/2012/12/ikea-lamp-reprint/ But you don't need to be a designer to use Autodesk Shapeshifter, a parametric app that allows you to create very complex textures and shapes. Here is how we hacked it to create a Dentelle inspired lamp.
