Wanhao Duplicator i3 Hemera Mount

I finally upgraded the extruder on my wanhao duplicator i3 (not plus, not v2). This has the mount plate, an "umbilical cord" for wires and strain relief, the fan duct mount, the fan duct, and the bl touch mount.

The mount was remixed from another part, but I can't find the original source. If anyone knows where that source is, let me know so I can reference it.

I added a spot to hold the wire harness, and I removed the X stepper (sorry, I have TMC2130s).

The cooling duct was made by Hangtight, and they did an awesome job of making it work, adjustable, and most importantly, printable without a fan.

The mount for the duct was made by fiferboy. There don't seem to be many options for bltouch and hemera, so this was a key piece to the whole thing.

The stronger BL touch mount by maddash1337 may or may not have been needed, but it's what I used, and it is working well for me.

Give these creators a shout out if you make their parts.

Other than the parts you'll find on the machine, you'll need some longer M4x25 screws and 2 nuts to attach the X belt. You'll need some M4x25 bolts and nuts to mount the 5015 fan. You'll need the M3 screws from the hemera to mount it. An M3 to mount the stronger mount, and some (I think M2) screws to mount the BL touch.

I had originally mounted the BLtouch so I could see the circuit board, but it kept erroring out. I had to flip it to show the logo, which now works fine.

I lose quite a lot on the X by having all this on the right side. Probably close to 30mm. But I don't mind that myself.

The wire harness part is my own creation.
