Description
The FlexRadio Maestro is a remote control device for the FlexRadio 6000 series of amateur radios, and comprises a touch screen and multiple controls, you can fully control a 6000 series radio locally or remotely.
It is supplied normally with a fixed angle stand, with Tilt Hinge Feet available as an accessory for $99 or £120!!! Ouch!
This thing is 3d printed Tilt Hinge Feet and uses a friction hinge with a M6 x 60 bolt and Nyloc nut. It also has the advantage of folding flat to enable easy transport.
Print two of each models, 2 Uprights and two feet.
I have also included a shorter upright which lowers the Maestro by 1cm.
This was 'designed' in Tinkercad and is a 1st rough draft, but works very well. You are very welcome to tidy up the design if you wish.
I have also included wider feet similar to the 3d printed ones that Flex had at the Maestro launch, I think they look a little bit better.
If you get some furniture pads and stick onto the feet, it will protect your desk and make it less slippy on glass or polished surfaces.
