Description
This design serves as a simple yet effective laptop stand compatible with the following Dell models: 7590/9570/9560/9550/5530/5520/5510.
To create the stand, simply print two copies of the included model.
Additionally, it can function as a laptop cooling stand by printing the included fan clips and attaching them to the stands with glue.
The stand is designed to accommodate two ASUS X48 Motherboard Cooler Fans (YD124515MB). However, other ASUS fans with identical clip dimensions should also fit perfectly.
Since these fans run on 12V, the design includes a mount for a MT3608-2A boost converter integrated into one of the fan clips.
Because the two stands are separate pieces, they need to be connected with a wire. I used a 3.5mm male-to-female jack, but you can also choose to hardwire the connection if you prefer.
