SP0NZ Dummy Radial 9 C

This 9 cylinder dummy radial engine is designed to work with the Flite Test C Pack Radial 2218 1080 kv brushless motor. I designed it to add semi-scale detail to your foam board model airplanes. It prints as a single piece with no supports using basic PLA filament. The dummy radial has pass-thru cooling to provide air flow over the motor and into the airframe for ESC cooling.

The dummy radial is designed to be mounted directly to the motor through my 3D printed firewall. You will need to use M3 x 18mm cap screws (purchase separately) to mount the firewall and dummy radial to the motor. (see images).

While I took inspiration from Thullen's model, I built this model from the ground up to work with the Flite Test Radial and my firewall. The design can be configured to have 3 - 11 cylinders.
